Filmaker92 ::: Favorites 2007-10-10 18:25:04 Cool can you make a tutorial of that? __________________________________________________
fxhome ::: Favorites 2007-10-11 04:25:57 Yeah, it's a fun effect to do. :) Would have been easier if we'd had a larger studio in which to shoot, then we wouldn't have had to film it in several pieces. It would have been a LOT easier if we could have just filmed the entire thing in one take! Ah well, it still came out ok, I think. :) __________________________________________________
fxhome ::: Favorites 2007-10-11 04:26:34 I've already started working on one for this actually. We're pretty rammed for time at the moment, but I'll try to get it finished sometime soon. __________________________________________________

fxhome ::: Favorites 2007-10-18 09:31:22 The background is a piece of stock footage from iStockPhoto. We reversed it, as it was going the wrong way initially. :) __________________________________________________

winningbasketball ::: Favorites 2007-10-23 00:42:30 How did you get the clouds in front of her ? Where did you get your green screens ? __________________________________________________
fxhome ::: Favorites 2007-10-23 04:48:24 We got our greenscreens from Tubetape dot com. The interaction with the clouds was achieved using a particle layer that was set to function as an object mask. The particle effect was set up to behave roughly like the passing cloud, then it was used on the girl layer to make her periodically transparent, revealing the cloud layer beneath. The resulting effect was of her moving through the clouds. __________________________________________________

Directoroli300 ::: Favorites 2007-11-08 16:20:00 every one check out my visionlab effects did a potter duel and movie, see them at my vids and oh fxhome any recomendations on how to achieve the 300 blood splater effects? and where did u get the clouds from this clip from, i emailed u guys ur told me but i had to pay, where can i get it free??????????? __________________________________________________
fxhome ::: Favorites 2007-11-09 04:33:56 Well, you can't get this exact cloud clip for free. You could create the clip yourself, but that would require buying expensive software and learning it, so it'd be much quicker just to use the stock footage site. For 300 blood a combination of particle effects and stock footage splatter squibs should work well. __________________________________________________ |
