foxalito ::: Favorites I've noticed round here that there always seems to be a cribbage match going on on any given day in one pub or another. There is always too much food and they go offering it around to the non-participant punters. I only thought last night that if he played it right, figured out the fixtures, I'm sure a man could eat for free everyday, if he didn't mind sausage rolls and ham sandwiches. There's got to be a use for that sort of information... 07-02-23 12:38:12 _____________________________________________________
marquisdejolie ::: Favorites There were enough food banks and soup kitchens in Los Angeles so that I could have a free sack lunch and hot supper every night of the week at different churches around town. Then I learned that big supermarkets throw out perfectly good (still sealed) deli food--whole chickens,etc--on certain nights of the week. I gained weight on the street. 07-02-23 17:30:40 _____________________________________________________
