patsagainstrats ::: Favorites I beg to differ. If someone abandons their personal property on public property, after a time, anything goes. I've grabbed a few even before they've seen their first rainstorm. Some in my collection are quit ornate with plastic flowers, the the victim's name carved into the PVC pipe.
