rudaft ::: Favorites It's interesting to hear the effect that this bill is having. Some things I don't understand: Why is there so much talk about "belief" when it comes to when life begins? gimmeabonehere ::: Favorites the law is based on the fact that an aborted baby is a human being, therefore making it a murder. So in the case of rape (god forbid) is that baby not a human? Does it make it any less of a murder because of what the criminal adult did? Does an innocent baby have to pay a penalty of death for a criminal's crime?
