It's not about whether the farmers should receive subsidies or not, it's about congress packing the bill full of pork barrel projects to get the votes they knew they didn't have to pass the bill. I would love to see a flat out constitutional debate between Mark Levin and any random lib in the house of senate. they disregard the constitution on a weekly basis and nobody calls them on it.
